• Share relevant information with payment providers, affiliates or partners for business matching, targeted sales and marketing.
• Contact you directly by email, Telegram or other communication methods.

Payment providers, acquirers, affiliates and partners are independent third parties. NYCE Pay is not responsible for their products, onboarding decisions, pricing, uptime, compliance reviews or data practices.

5. Marketing and Communications

By submitting information, you may receive business communications related to your request. You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and materials on NYCE Pay are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYCE Pay disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the website or introductions made through the service.
