His background includes integrating LloydsTSB PSP and ecommerce supplier networks before leading global banking and payment operations for Sportingbet PLC, now part of Entain.

At NYCE Pay, Rob helps merchants structure resilient cross-border acceptance, settlement and payback routes, drawing on practical experience with automated card paybacks and sector-specific fraud prevention.

Alex Conti

Alex is a payments specialist with three years of experience within a PSP, alongside PSPs, and working independently sourcing and vetting solutions for complex merchant requirements. He is focused on high risk, cross-border and hard to access markets across Asia and other complex regions.

He works across the full payment lifecycle, with significant hands on experience supporting Tier 1 operators and merchants across iGaming and FX/CFD. His work spans PSP sourcing, acquiring coverage, local payment methods, settlement and cross-border payment rails.

Based between Asia and the Isle of Man, Alex brings both global perspective and on the ground knowledge of local and emerging payment methods, taking a practical, commercially focused approach to helping merchants build resilient payment infrastructure in complex and regulated markets.
